This RRP Guest Lecture Series (No. 28), held on 15 May 2025, featured Lal Medawattegedara as the resource person. Titled “Miles to Go Before I Read: Why Do Readers Write and Writers Read?” the session explored the reciprocal relationship between reading and writing, reflecting on how readers engage in writing and how writers, in turn, engage with reading as part of their creative and intellectual practice.
