Terms of Reference for ProductionEDThe Centre for Poverty Analysis (CEPA) is a dynamic and independent Think Tank providing professional services on poverty related development issues. CEPA is registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka. CEPA’s thematic areas include Social Protection and Basic Services, Sustainable Development, Livelihood and Employment, Labour Migration, Diaspora and Development, Social Cohesion and Urban & Rural Transformations and work with a range of organisations, including government agencies, international financial institutions, multilateral agencies, as well as international and local NGOs.
