Research, Reflection, and Practices

This is an initiative by the Training and Capacity Building arm to impart skills and knowledge for motivated staff. We cultivate a culture of reflection among staff through interactive engaging knowledge forums chaired by experts.

RQLs

RQL team was established in 2015. The team worked towards the following objectives: 

  • Support CEPA to develop appropriate RQ standards, which are periodically reviewed and revised to ensure relevance 
  • Support research staff through the research cycle and provide input and feedback on all research activities and outputs
  • Promote and facilitate systematic  synthesis  of  learning,  relating  to  both  research content and methodology
  • Consolidate CEPA’s tracking RQL processes and to facilitate monitoring and reporting of CEPA’s research as well as its quality.
