This RRP Guest Lecture Series (No. 10), held on 17 May 2023, featured Dr. Benjamin Schwab, Associate Professor of Agricultural Economics at Kansas State University. Titled “An Overview of Causal Inference Methods and a Discussion of Implications for Policy Research and Program Evaluation in Sri Lanka,” the session provided an introduction to causal inference approaches and discussed their relevance for strengthening policy research and program evaluation in the Sri Lankan context.
