This RRP session, held in March 2023, was conducted by Dr. Sunil Bastian, who is also a subscribing member of CEPA. Titled “Challenges of Post-Colonial State Formation in Sri Lanka,” the session examined the historical and structural challenges of state formation in post-colonial Sri Lanka, with a focus on governance, political development, and institutional dynamics.
