Our training programs complement – and even complete! —  the other service support we offer. This is achieved by transferring of expertise and knowledge acquired through our research and practical use of our innovative research methods and tools. At CEPA, we provide customized training on request based on content, time limit, and language preferences. Of course, we are also open to your varied requests based on your own practicalities. Our carefully planned courses cover topics such as understanding poverty, qualitative research methods, citizen score cards, monitoring and evaluation, and facilitation. Our training style is interactive with active use of participatory approaches. They are designed for small groups (8–10) with the ideas of maximum interaction, sharing of ideas, and learning.
