This video documentary, produced by YATV for CEPA, attempts to understand policymakers’ perceptions of development and identify possible points of entry for both policymakers and non-policymakers to reimaging the development agenda. It captures excerpts from the annual Poverty Symposium hosted by CEPA in December 2012.
