Mrs. Shanika Lokuruge is the Accountant at CEPA with extensive experience in financial management, auditing, and compliance. She began her career as an Audit Trainee at Amerasekara & Company and later served for 14 years as the Accountant at the Centre for Environmental Justice (Guarantee) Ltd.

Prior to joining CEPA, she worked at Hashtag Generation, where she played a key role in organizational restructuring and management transition. She successfully led the Admin & Finance Team and implemented efficient financial reporting and procurement systems, contributing significantly to donor and stakeholder reporting.

At CEPA, she oversees financial operations, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring transparency, accountability, and strong financial controls.
