Ayomi Nanayakkara holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Uva Wellassa University.

Prior to joining CEPA, she worked with development-sector organizations including Global Communities and the International Water Management Institute. Ayomi has over ten years of experience in Human Resource Management and Administration. In recognition of her leadership potential, she was selected as one of ten young leaders globally to attend the Winter School for Think Tankers in Geneva in January–February 2019 under the On Think Tanks and Think Tank Initiative Fellowship.
