Abisaajini Kirushanth holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Economics at the University of Jaffna. She is attached to the Social Cohesion and Reconciliation thematic. She is interested in  both  qualitative and quantitative methods. She has also gained research exposure through international collaborative initiatives, including the Diverse Voices Collaborative Research Project and the Global Classroom Research Program conducted in partnership with the University of Exeter, UK.
