Guidelines for Young Researchers Platform
The Conference invites young and emerging researchers aged 18–29 to submit short abstracts and full papers. This category is intended to promote ethical, inclusive, and high-quality scholarly engagement among early-career researchers.
1. Eligibility
- Submissions are open to individuals between 18 and 29 years of age at the time of submission.
- All listed authors, including co-authors, must fall within the same age range (18–29).
- Undergraduate students, postgraduate students, early-career researchers, and independent researchers are eligible.
2. Short Abstract Submission Guidelines
Word Limit:
- 250–300 words
Abstract Content:
The abstract must clearly outline:
- Title of the paper
- Background and research context
- Research question(s) or objective(s)
- Methodology or analytical approach
- Key findings or anticipated outcomes
- Relevance to the conference theme
Formatting:
- Font: Times New Roman
- Font Size: 12 pt
- Line Spacing: Single
3. Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Word Limit:
- 2,500–3,000 words (including references, excluding the abstract)
Language:
- English
Structure:
- Title
- Abstract (maximum 250 words)
- Keywords (3–5)
- Introduction
- Literature Review / Conceptual Framework
- Methodology
- Analysis / Findings
- Discussion
- Conclusion and Recommendations
- References
Formatting:

- Margins: 1 inch on all sides
Referencing Style:
- APA (7th edition) or Harvard style (used consistently)
4. Research Ethics and Academic Integrity
All submissions must comply with accepted standards of research ethics and academic integrity.
- Papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
- All sources must be appropriately cited, and plagiarism in any form will result in disqualification.
Research involving human participants, including interviews, focus groups, surveys, visual documentation, or participatory methods, must demonstrate:
- Informed consent from participants
- Confidentiality and anonymity, where applicable
- Sensitivity to power relations and vulnerability
- Where institutional ethical clearance is required, authors must state whether ethical approval was obtained or explain why it was not required.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that their research adheres to national and international ethical standards.
5. Review and Selection
- Submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
- Evaluation will consider originality, ethical rigor, clarity, methodological soundness, and relevance to the conference theme.
6. Presentation Format
- Accepted papers in the Young Researchers category will be scheduled for oral presentation, poster presentation or any other acceptable presentation media
- Poster Size – 48 inches wide by 36 inches high (4’x3′)
7. Declaration
By submitting an abstract or full paper, authors confirm that:
- All authors meet the stated age eligibility criteria
- The submission complies with the conference’s ethical standards and academic integrity requirements
