Ms Eranthi Subhashini

Research Professional - Natural Resources and Climate Change

Mrs. Eranthi Subhashini holds a BSc. in Biological Science with majoring in Chemistry, Botany, and Molecular Biology & Plant Biotechnology from the University of Kelaniya. She also earned an MSc. in Industrial and Environmental Chemistry from the same university, where her research focused on the green synthesis of silver nanoparticles using plant-based materials, their characterization, and evaluation of biological activities. Currently, she is pursuing an LLB at the Open University of Sri Lanka. She brings around four years of professional experience across academia, corporate, and development sectors.

Areas of Interest: Circular Economy and Inclusive Waste Management, Sustainable Industries, ESG, and Socioeconomic Development, Environmental Governance, Policy, and Social Justice and Green Innovation, Community Resilience, and Sustainable Development.
