Mrs. Chammi Dissanayake is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a graduate of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

She brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the financial services sector, having held positions at leading institutions including DFCC Bank PLC, NDB Bank PLC and National Asset Management Ltd.

She has expertise in financial planning and analysis, treasury and liquidity management, tax strategy, regulatory compliance, and credit risk evaluation. She has successfully led budgeting and forecasting processes, improved financial controls, and supported strategic decision-making.

As Head of Finance, she provides leadership to ensure financial integrity, operational efficiency, and alignment with the organization’s long-term goals.
