Sarasali Fonseka has 30 years of experience in international development advisory services and project management in Asia, Africa, and Europe. She has successfully managed and implemented many complex economic and governance initiatives in providing solutions within an organization, at the industry level, and creating an enabling broader policy and business environment. She has a MSc in Economics from Lumumba Friendship University, Russia, and a MA in Economics from the Colombo University and completed executive development programs on Leaders in Development in Managing Political Change and Economic Reforms in Developing Countries at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University and Management Development at the University of Michigan.
