Elliott Broidy is Founder, CEO, and investor, focusing on technology businesses in the defense, homeland security, and law enforcement sectors. He is the Chairman and CEO of Broidy Capital Holdings, LLC, founded in 2022 in Boca Raton, FL, and its predecessor, Broidy Capital Management, which was headquartered in Los Angeles from 1991 to 2002.
Mr. Broidy is also Managing Partner of Threat Deterrence Capital Holdings and LEO Technologies Holdings. Over his career, Mr. Broidy has invested in approximately 160 companies, focusing on defense, security, and technology sectors.
Elliott Broidy’s commitment to public safety and security of the U.S. & its allies has shaped his career and philanthropy. After 9/11, he became involved in political fundraising and policy advocacy, supporting leaders who prioritized security for the U.S., peace for the world, and the safety of Israel. Mr. Broidy joined the Republican Jewish Coalition and was the fourth-largest fundraiser for the Bush-Cheney 2004 ticket between 2002 and 2004. In 2003, when Mr. Broidy recognized that Israel was being threatened by a dramatic reduction in foreign direct investment due to the Second Intifada, he founded Markstone Capital Partners, LLC, an $800 million fund that invested almost entirely in non-high-tech companies in Israel.
From 2004 to 2008, Elliott Broidy was the largest fundraiser for the Republican National Committee (RNC). From 2006 to 2008, he was the RNC Finance Chairman. He served on the United States Homeland Security Advisory Council from 2006 to 2009. From 2016 to 2017, he was the Deputy National Finance Chair of the RNC; Vice Chairman, Finance of the Trump Victory Campaign; and Vice Chairman of the Presidential Inauguration Committee.
Mr. Broidy has dedicated years to combating antisemitism, serving on the board of the Simon Wiesenthal Center for eight years and donating to over 100 Jewish and anti-terrorism organizations, including Friends of the IDF and Magen David Adom. His philanthropy includes support for prominent counterterrorism thinktanks, such as the Foundation for Defense of Democracies and the Hudson Institute.
Elliott Broidy and his wife, Robin, have three children. Following the October 7th attacks, they have intensified their support for initiatives combating antisemitism and extremism, including The Counter Extremism Project, and legal efforts against antisemitism on U.S. campuses and elsewhere.
